Our proposal

The Corte dei CIpressi apartments in Roè Volciano are situated at the bottom of the green valley Valle Sabbia, only about 3 km away from the lake. Thanks to its great location you can easily reach beautiful cities such as Verona, Venice, Mantua and Bergamo with its amazing Upper Town, numerous archaeological sites, renowned spas, botanical gardens and theme parks.
You don’t need to go far for hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and horse riding. Golfers can spend their day at the Garda Golf Country Club of Soiano del Lago. The club offers a 27-hole golf course.
For gourmets there is a wide choice of restaurants with local and international cuisine, local wine producers where you can taste typical products.

Because they offer recently renovated modern interior, comfortable, bright and fully equipped. They are perfectly located, at a stone throw from shops, bank, pharmacy, doctor, bus stop and a few minutes away from the lake. In addition in the hot summer evenings dining by the patio you can enjoy from our gardens the refreshing breeze from the valley.

A stunning lake view footpath departs from the vicinity of the apartments a few chilometres troughout the territory of the municipality.

A unique experience for our guests: our apartments in fact are not within a holiday residence but is a residential complex: so it will be a unique chance for the to come in contact with the real italian life style.

The two floors cottage has three bedrooms with seven sleeps, kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed, ining area, garden with patio, barbecue and above ground pool and in the basement a garage for two cars and laundry room.

The ground floor two bedrooms apartment, offers six sleeps in two bedrooms, one master and one quadruple (two single and a bunk bed), a fully supplied kitchen and a large living room with a further single bed. Garden with patio, barbecue and in the basement a garage for one car and laundry room.

The first floor two bedrooms apartment, offers five sleeps in two bedrooms, one master and one triple, a fully supplied kitchen and a large living room with a further double sofa-bed. All rooms with French windows and access to a terrace. Garden with patio and children above ground pool, barbecue and in the basement a garage for one car and laundry room.

Another first floor two bedrooms apartment, offers four sleeps in two bedrooms, one master and one double, a modern kitchen and a large living room with a further double sofa-bed. All rooms with French windows and access to a terrace. In the basement a garage for one car.
