This self contained private holiday apartment features an independent street access and a direct connection between laundry and garage in the basement and the apartment and garden itself.
In the garden a 3.5 x 3.5 m wing shaped patio hosts a 6 + persons garden table. While cooking at the steel BBQ yuo will enjoy looking after the children chilling and playing in the above ground 3 x 2 m pool.
The spacious living and dining room features a kitchen equipped with full-sized, top quality appliances. A table for 6 gives plenty of room for large families too. Inclusive with your reservation the living room makes available a fast fibre broadband, a Smart flatscreen TV, and a complimentary WiFi connection.
Bedroom one is furnished with a high-quality double bed, a summer wardrobe while the second is furnished with either a triple bed or a double plus single and a summer wardrobe. Further 2 bed places available in the living room’s sofa bed. Bathroom that features a shower and standard sanitaryware is supplied with fresh towels on weekly basis.
The apartment is situated in the perfect location: Roe’ Volciano is set midway between Valle Sabbia and it’s stunning mountains and the Lake Garda. Salo’ is 5 minutes away with its array of eateries where you can dine al-fresco on warmer days.
Free parking is available outside the property and a the secure private underground garage for one car is included in our proposal .
